Gnocchi traybake

Serves: 2

Ingredients

  • 200g chestnut mushrooms

  • 100g mushroom mix

  • 1 onion

  • 100g salami

  • 2 tbsp olive oil

  • 50g baby spinach

  • salt

  • pepper

  • ketoembar

  • allspice

  • ginger

  • garlic

  • nutmeg

Directions

  • Pre-heat the oven to 200°C

  • Clean the mushrooms. Cut in half, or bigger ones in quarters. Cut the onions and salami in small pieces.

  • Mix everything except the spinach to an oven tray. Add spices to taste.

  • Bake in the oven for 20 minutes.

  • Add the spinach, and mix it through.
