Salsiccia in rich fig sauce
Gnocchi is made with various ingredients, depending on the region. Whatever the composition, they taste best with this rich sauce with figs, leek, basil and salsiccia. If you’re one to usually leave out the garnish, don’t leave out the basil this time! It’s an integral part of the dish.
