Pancakes
Who doesn’t love pancakes?
Enough for 12 pancakes, 18cm Ø
Ingredients
250 g flour
2 eggs
500 ml milk
1 tsp ground cinnamon
optionally ham, apple, or other filling
~50 g butter
sugar syrup + powdered sugar
Directions
Mix flour, eggs, milk and cinnamon in a bowl.
Heat a frying pan to medium-high heat
Add some butter to the pan, add filling if using, pour batter over it. Fry until batter has dried up, and air holes formed by bubbles are visible. Turn over, fry until golden and remove from the pan. Repeat.
Serve with sugar syrup and powdered sugar
