Waffles

Delightful waffles.

Yields 10-12 waffles.

For our waffle iron: Turn the dial to max, add waffle batter, flip upside down, leave for 2 minutes 15 seconds, flip upright, leave for another 2 minutes 15 seconds.

Ingredients

  • 250 g self-rising flour

  • 150 g white caster sugar

  • 3 eggs

  • 250 ml beer

  • 125 g molten butter

  • pinch of salt

Directions

  • Mix self-rising flour, sugar and salt in a bowl.

  • Add the eggs and molten butter.

  • Gradually add the beer and mix until you reach an even texture.

  • The mixture is ready to be baked right away.
