Waffles
Delightful waffles.
Yields 10-12 waffles.
For our waffle iron: Turn the dial to max, add waffle batter, flip upside down, leave for 2 minutes 15 seconds, flip upright, leave for another 2 minutes 15 seconds.
Ingredients
250 g self-rising flour
150 g white caster sugar
3 eggs
250 ml beer
125 g molten butter
pinch of salt
Directions
Mix self-rising flour, sugar and salt in a bowl.
Add the eggs and molten butter.
Gradually add the beer and mix until you reach an even texture.
The mixture is ready to be baked right away.
