Smoked salmon quiche
This quiche is far from complicated, and the smoked salmon really adds an extra layer of depth.

Components
Quiche crust
Ingredients
200g smoked salmon flakes
250g pasta vegetables or similar vegetable-mix
1 clove of garlic
2 tbsp olive oil
4 eggs
3 tbsp half-fat milk
Directions
Pre-heat the oven to 200°C
Heat the oil in a pan, and heat vegetables for 5 minutes on medium-low heat. Add garlic.
In a bowl, beat the eggs. Add milk, salt and pepper.
Add salmon to vegetables and add a good amount of salt and pepper. Shortly fry.
Spread vegetables in quiche crust. Pour egg-mix over.
Bake in oven for 35 minutes.
Quiche crust
Ingredients
300g flour
150g butter
pinch of salt
1 egg
2-3 tbsp cold water
Directions
Put ingredients in a bowl, start with two tbsp water.
Mix well. If dough is too dry, add another tbsp water.
Cover and put in the fridge for half an hour. You can work on the filling in this time
Cover kitchen surface with flour and roll the dough flat. Transfer to form. Create holes in the bottom with a fork.
